An online STEAM (STEM + Art) enrichment program created in direct response to the Covid-19 pandemic, FSF created and delivered an initial two-week pilot summer camp which was then expanded into a free, year-long after-school enrichment program to BIPOC girls from underserved communities. FSF uses certified teachers and college-age women of color as mentors to provide synchronous programming and small group instruction using a Zoom format. They plan to expand to additional school & community organizations across the US, including at least one Native American reservation, adding 140 new girls every year.
